This policy explains how NXGEN CAPITAL LLC ("NxGen Capital," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use www.nxgencap.com.

Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, citizenship and military status, home address, entity name/type/state of formation, subject property address and type, purchase/value and closing timing, loan purpose, requested loan amount and terms, DSCR income and expense inputs, real-estate-owned (REO) details for other properties, declarations (bankruptcy, foreclosure, judgments, etc.), HMDA demographic responses you choose to provide, credit-authorization acknowledgment, signatures/typed names, and other fields you submit through our pre-qualification or full application forms. We do not collect Social Security Numbers, ITINs, or EINs on this website.
- Consent records. When you check a consent box, we record the exact text shown to you, the page URL, a timestamp, your IP address, and your browser user agent. We retain these records to document your consent.
- Usage information. Pages viewed, referring URL, and campaign parameters
(such as
utm_sourceorgclid) stored in a first-party cookie.
How we use it
- To evaluate your financing inquiry and respond to it
- To contact you by phone, text, or email in accordance with the permissions you granted
- To meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations
- To measure which marketing channels produce inquiries

- Phone calls. Tell us during any call and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list.
- Access and deletion. Contact us at matthew@nxgencap.com to request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your information, subject to our legal retention obligations.
Retention
We retain consent records for at least five years, and loan inquiry records for the period required by applicable lending and consumer protection regulations.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
