Program description
NxGen Capital operates an SMS program that sends marketing and informational messages about DSCR and investment property financing to individuals who have provided their mobile number and affirmatively opted in. Messages may include loan program information, follow-ups on an inquiry, appointment reminders, and requests for documentation.
How you opt in
You are enrolled only when you submit a form on www.nxgencap.com and affirmatively check the consent box. The box is never pre-checked, and consent to receive messages is not a condition of applying for, or receiving, any product or service from us. The consent language reads:
I agree to receive marketing calls and text messages, including messages sent using an automated system or an artificial or prerecorded voice, from NxGen Capital at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You can generally expect up to [N] messages per month, depending on where you are in the loan process.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. NxGen Capital does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages after that. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT, or contact us at the address below.
To rejoin after opting out, submit the form on our site again or reply START.

Supported carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.
Privacy
